When learners use the content reporting flag they select a category for their report before submitting. One of these categories is Other. Account owners can customise this option to display text that works for their organisation.

Tip: When customising the Other report option you can specify a dedicated email address to filter those reports to. This is a great way to easily direct custom reports, which are not content related, to a specific person or team if they won't be handled by facilitators.

How to customise the Other report type for your organisation

To customise the Other option for your organisation, open iQualify settings from the menu under your avatar, then from the Identity options Messaging.

Here customise the Other content report type to what you would like it to display to learners. If you want these reports to go to a particular email address (limited to one), you can add that in before Updating to save your changes.

Reports sent to an email address will include the reporter's details (including email address and learner ID if applicable) so that they can be contacted if necessary.

Note:

If you specify an email address then this takes all other reports outside of the platform and reports won't be visible by facilitators or actionable by authors.

If you don't add a specific email address, these custom reports will need to be handled by facilitators.
