We've updated course cards in iQualify to make it quicker for learners, facilitators, and coaches to access key course areas. The refreshed design includes visual improvements and updated shortcuts that help users navigate courses more efficiently.
While some shortcuts on the course card have changed, existing functionality such as the Overview and Notes pages remains available through the course navigation menu.
What's changing for facilitators and coaches?
Facilitators and coaches will see a refreshed course card design with quicker access to key course areas. Key changes include:
Contents and Tasks replace the current Overview and Notes shortcuts (which are both still accessible via the left hand navigation menu)
A shortcut to Talk remains available.
The Facilitate button has been renamed to Class console.
Note: Coaches do not have access to Talk, so the Talk shortcut will not be displayed on their course cards.
What's changing for learners?
Learners will also see a refreshed course card design, including:
Contents and Tasks replace the current Overview and Notes shortcuts, making it quicker to access certain course sections or pages, assessments, and other tasks.
If a learner has not yet started a course, the Start course button will continue to take them to the Overview page first where they can read important course info and access their Study guide.
The Overview and Notes pages remain available from the course navigation menu.
A shortcut to Talk remains available.
Course progress is now displayed as a progress bar rather than a circular progress indicator.
Note: The learner course card no longer displays the course identifier label (for example, cohort or group labels that may previously have appeared on the card).
