There are three different permission types that you can assign and remove - learner, facilitator and coaches. You may have assigned people as a learner, facilitator or a coach and find you now need to remove them from an activation of a course. This is easy to do in a few simple steps.
Find the activation that you would like to remove the person from and click on the Access tab.
Select the person that you want to remove by selecting the tick box on the right hand side of the user details
4) Once you have selected your person(s), click on the actions drop box on the right side of the screen and select remove from course.
5) You will then be asked for confirmation that you wish to remove those selected
After you have clicked the remove now button you should receive a confirmation
