As a learner see how our in-app support can help you get the most out of studying with iQualify.

We aim is to make things as simple as possible so you can focus on learning. That's why we've created resources specifically for learners that can be accessed via iQualify's in-app help.

What can I find in the in-app help?

Some of the resources you can access via in-app help are:

  • Tours, step by step guides to help you navigate iQualify.
    โ€‹

  • Knowledge base, search our how-to articles for the information you need.

  • Messages, check here for any important messages from iQualify (these are about things in the iQualify platform, not course related information).
    โ€‹

How can I access the in-app help?

To access the menu select the Help menu icon, you'll find this on the bottom right hand side of your screen.

To access help on mobile open Help from your avatar menu to get to our Knowledge base where you can search for articles by keywords or explore the article collections. As a learner, the most helpful collection for you is Learning with iQualify.

Need help with something course related?

Please contact your learning provider directly for any course related help, for example assessments, content or technical support. You can do this via a course Talk channel or by reaching our to their helpdesk.
