You can resend an invitation to a learner, facilitator or coach under the Access tab in a class activation.
Select Access.
Choose from: Learners, Facilitators, Coaches.
Check the tick-box for the person you want to resend the invite to.
Select the Actions dropdown and choose Resend account invite email.
Select Update course to finish.

You can view the status of the invitations you have sent under the Status column.
Invitations you have just sent will be displayed as Account invite email resent. Once they have reset their password and logged in again, it will change to Invite accepted.
