Main facilitators can use the Class console to add learners, facilitators and coaches without needing manage user access.
You can tell if you have main facilitator access by checking for the option to Add learners, facilitators, or coaches.
Note: If you need to add individuals but can't, please ask a manager user from your organisation to set you up as a main facilitator or ask someone with Manage access to do it from the class activation are in iQualify.
How to add a learner, facilitator or coach
Open your class or select Class console from the menu. Select Add on the Learners, Facilitators or Coaches tile.

Enter their email address then Check to see if they already have an account in your iQualify environment. For new accounts, you'll need to also enter their first and last name.
When adding learners you can also set their own starting dates by selecting the Individual learner opening date option.
To finish select Invite.
