Our aim is to make things as simple as possible so you can focus on what you need to do rather than having to figure out how to get around and find things. That's why we have a Help menu available across iQualify giving you quick access to articles and resources when you need them.

On mobile you can access our knowledgebase and explore all the resources available by selecting Help from your avatar.

In-app chat

You can also chat to our support team from this button to get in-time live support (if you have manager, author or account owner permissions).

In-app chat isn't currently available on mobile.
