Our aim is to make things as simple as possible so you can focus on what you need to do rather than having to figure out how to get around and find things.
We have introduced a new help menu which has tours and resources to guide you step by step. We're just getting started and will be adding more so keep checking back to find out what's new.
To access the menu and see the tours available click on Help menu.
You can scroll to see what tours are available or use the search bar to find tours or search our knowledgebase of articles. Different tours will be available depending where you open the Help menu from and the role(s) you have.
You can chat to our support team by selecting the Chat with us link. In-app chat is available for account owners, managers, authors and reviewers.
In-app support on mobile
In-app support is also available on mobile. You can access resources and chat from the Help menu. Tours are not currently available on mobile but are planned to be released in the future.
