Did you know that you can make it easier for your learners to access their study? By configuring Single Sign On (SSO) through an Identity Provider (IdP) and connecting iQualify to your customer, learner and staff directories you can remove the need for them to have a separate iQualify login.

When you integrate SSO for iQualify with an IdP, you can:

  • Manage who has access to iQualify through the IdP.

  • Allow your learners to sign in automatically to iQualify through single sign-on (SSO) with their accounts through the IdP.

  • Manage your accounts in one central location.

To configure an SSO integration with iQualify, you will need the following:

  • A relevant subscription with the IdP that you’re using, i.e. Azure AD, OneLogin or Salesforce.

  • An iQualify Partner or Partner Plus subscription.

All the information you need to configure SSO through an Identity Provider can be found on our Developers Docs site.

Get in touch with us before you begin and we can enable SSO for your environment. We can also work with you to set up a test iQualify account and help ensure everything is configured correctly before you implement it in your live account.
