As a facilitator, coach or peer evaluator, a learner's assessment submission status is flagged using different coloured icons.

Each colour represents a different status that a learner's assessment can be sitting in. The different statuses are detailed below:

Red outline - An assessment icon with a red outline indicates that the learner's assessment submission is overdue and yet to be submitted.

Green outline - An assessment icon with a green outline indicates that the learner has submitted their assessment.

Grey outline - An assessment icon with a grey outline indicates that the learner has not submitted an assessment, but the assessment is still open.

Blue speech bubble - A blue speech bubble in the top right corner of the assessment icon indicates that the submission needs be marked or given feedback. This is replaced by the grade awarded once a mark has been published.

Green arrow - A green arrow in the top right corner of the assessment icon indicates that the learner has submitted a quiz attempt for an assessed quiz.
