If you create and send the same invoice over and over again, save the invoice as an Invoice Template to save yourself time.

Invoice templates can be utilized to save time when you are offering the same set of goods and/or services to various clients. Additionally, you can have Iris automatically send your invoices for you. 

Creating Invoice Templates
To create an invoice template, head to your Studio Profile > Invoice Templates. Create a new template, providing a name and how many days (from the date the invoice is sent) until the invoice is considered 'Late' (i.e. the due date).

To send an invoice template to a client, head to your Invoices page (you can also do this from a Client's profile > Invoices).
Select New Invoice - and choose the template you wish to send from the drop down list.
