How Can I Find the Transaction ID?

If you’re contacting Customer Support about a missing deposit or withdrawal, you may be asked to provide the transaction ID to help us locate the payment quickly.

Here’s how to find it:

  1. Go to My Account and click on Transactions

  2. Look through the list to find the payment in question

  3. The transaction ID is listed in the first column of the Payment Transactions table
