How to purchase?

What you need to buy, how to pay by Pix or card and how offers work in lives.

Written by Kaio Souza

To buy items on Jamble, you need an active account. For that, you need:

  • A valid CPF

  • A valid payment method

  • A valid shipping address

CPF

To buy and sell on Jamble, users must register their CPF, as required by Brazilian law.

You can enter your CPF:

  • During sign-up (for accounts created after 16/01/2026)

  • In your account settings, under Informações pessoais (personal information)

Once added and validated, the CPF cannot be edited.

Payment method

Jamble offers secure payments inside the app, for a reliable experience for buyers and sellers.

  • All payments are processed securely inside the Jamble app

  • Payment information is encrypted and never shared with sellers

  • Jamble does not store your full card details

When you confirm an offer or a purchase, the payment is authorized according to the transaction rules shown in the app.

If a payment fails or is declined, you may be asked to update your payment method.

Accepted payment methods

You can pay for your purchases, in lives and in the Loja (shop), with:

  • Credit card

  • Pix: the app shows a QR Code for you to pay in your bank's app within a few minutes

When you add a new card, your bank may ask you to confirm it for security. For some purchases, the only option available may be Pix.

When available, you can also pay for credit card purchases in installments. The installments and the surcharge show before you pay.

All fees show in the order summary before payment.

Shipping address

A valid shipping address is required to complete a purchase on Jamble.

You can manage your addresses in your account settings:

  • Add a new address

  • Edit an existing address

  • Set a default address for future purchases

Make sure your address is:

  • Complete and correct

  • Including the street number, street name, CEP and apartment number (when applicable)

  • Reachable by the selected shipping method

  • In a delivery area that is served

You are responsible for making sure your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.

Changing your address during a live

You can edit your shipping address during a live:

  • When you see the purchase confirmation screen

  • On your first order of the day (the screen shows once a day)

  • On the transaction card (Atividade > Compras), as long as the order has not been shipped yet

Sending offers

Once your account is activated, slide the purple button to send an offer.

When the seller starts the sale, the product shows to everyone in the live:

  • The first offer is at the starting price set by the seller

  • Each new offer goes up by a minimum amount, which grows as the price goes up. The button always shows the next offer amount

  • You can also set an Oferta máxima (max offer): the app makes offers for you automatically up to that limit

Max offer

With the Oferta máxima (max offer), you set the highest amount you are willing to pay and the app makes offers for you.

  • The app only offers what is needed to keep you in the lead. You never pay more than your maximum, and you may pay less

  • If someone else sets a higher max offer, the app lets you know and you can increase yours

  • If two max offers have the same amount, the one that came in first wins

Example: the current offer is $10 and you set a max offer of $20. If nobody else makes an offer, you win at $10. If someone else offers $15, the app automatically covers it with the next offer and you stay in the lead. If someone goes above $20, you lose the lead, unless you increase your maximum.

Pre-offer

For some products in scheduled lives, the seller allows a Pré-oferta (pre-offer) before the live starts. You choose your maximum amount and, when the sale of that product starts, your pre-offer works as a max offer. You only pay if you win the sale.

The timer

  • Oferta em tempo real (real-time offer): if an offer comes in during the last seconds, the timer goes back to a few seconds, to give other buyers a chance

  • Morte súbita (sudden death): the timer does not change. When it reaches zero, the sale ends

  • Comprar agora (buy now): there is no competition. Whoever buys first gets it, at the fixed price

The highest offer when time runs out wins. If two offers have the same amount, the one that came in first wins.

After you win

You have a few minutes to complete the payment, by card or Pix. If the payment is not completed in time, the purchase is cancelled.

Buying without a live

You can also buy at any time in the Loja, at a fixed price, with a cart and the option to make the seller an offer. See Buy in the Loja: cart and offers.
