Set Up and Start a Payout

What you will learn

How to register your payout account on Jamble and withdraw your earnings to your bank account.

Before you start

You need:

  • An approved seller account on Jamble

  • A Brazilian bank account in your name, or in your company's name

  • Your CPF, or your CNPJ if you sell as a company

  • A balance under Disponível para saque (available to withdraw) in your wallet

Step 1: Open your wallet

In the app, open Ajustes (settings) and tap Minha carteira (my wallet). On a computer, open Carteira in the Seller Hub.

Step 2: Register your payout account (first time only)

The first time, your wallet asks you to set up your payout account. Choose the registration type:

  • CPF, if you sell as an individual

  • CNPJ, if you sell as a company (MEI, LTDA and others)

Then fill in your details and bank details in the form. You may be asked for an identity verification. If so, follow the on-screen instructions to the end.

You need an active payout account to host lives and to withdraw.

Step 3: Check your bank details

After registering, your wallet shows your Dados bancários (bank details). Check that the name, bank, branch and account are correct. Wrong details make the withdrawal fail.

Step 4: Withdraw your earnings

When your balance under Disponível para saque is above the minimum shown in your wallet, the Sacar (withdraw) button becomes active. Tap it and confirm. Your whole available balance is sent to your registered bank account.

The money usually arrives within 5 business days, depending on your bank.

After a withdrawal, you need to wait a little before making another one. The app shows when you can withdraw again.

Step 5: Follow your withdrawal

Open the Histórico de saques (withdrawal history) in your wallet to see each withdrawal, its amount, date and status.

Withdrawal statuses

  • Criado (created): the request was received

  • Pendente (pending): the transfer is being processed

  • Concluído (completed): the money was sent to your account

  • Falhou (failed): something went wrong. See the reason on the withdrawal and the troubleshooting article

  • Cancelado (cancelled): the withdrawal was cancelled

Key tips

  • Register your payout account before your first live. You need it to host lives and to withdraw

  • Withdrawing is free. Withdrawals to your bank account cost nothing

  • Keep your bank details up to date. If you change banks, update them before withdrawing

  • CPF or CNPJ. Choose the right type when you register. If you need to switch later, use Mudar de entidade (CPF/CNPJ) in your wallet
