Seller FAQ

Want to sell live and not sure where to start? This guide covers the requirements, the costs and the path from applying to shipping your orders and getting paid.

If you opened this page from the application form, you can read the guide and then go back to the form tab to continue.

1. Can I sell on Jamble?

You can sell as an individual (CPF) or as a business (CNPJ/MEI). Choose the registration that matches your situation.

  • Be 18 or older, live in Brazil and have a Brazilian phone number.

  • Have the documents requested for your registration and a Brazilian bank account in a name that matches that registration.

  • Have products available to sell and be able to prepare and ship orders.

What can I sell? The form's categories include Pokémon cards, other card games, sports cards, diecast and miniatures, sports collectibles, other collectibles, and thrift and fashion. You can start with items from your collection, your stock or your store.

Products must follow Jamble's rules. Counterfeit, illegal or dangerous items are not allowed. See the listing guidelines.

Do I need followers or live experience? You can start without your own audience and learn the format. Followers help you promote your lives, but the application does not ask for a social network. Your audience and sales depend on your products, your promotion and how you interact with buyers.

2. How much does it cost and how much do I receive?

What are the fees for selling on Jamble?

Jamble's standard commission is 10% of the price of the product sold. Shipping is paid by the buyer and is not part of the commission.

Example: on a $100.00 sale, the standard commission is $10.00 and you receive $90.00. There is no monthly fee and no fee to list products.

The payment processing fee is paid by the buyer and does not come out of your earnings. See the fee breakdown.

To work out your profit: the $90.00 in the example is what you earn after the standard commission. Also count the cost of the product and the packaging. If you turn on an optional service, such as Recebimento Antecipado (early payout), check the fee shown in your wallet before you do.

3. What do I need to prepare?

  • Phone or computer and internet: use the updated app on your phone, or the Seller Hub on your computer, with a stable connection and a battery or charger nearby.

  • Image and sound: pick a bright, quiet spot. A phone stand helps; you do not need professional equipment.

  • Products: set aside what is really available, check its condition and prepare photos, a description and a price. A small selection, for example 5 to 10 products, is enough to learn the format. This is a suggestion, not a minimum to apply.

  • Shipping: have suitable packaging and access to a printer for the labels. A regular printer works; a thermal printer is optional.

Do I need to show my face? You can point the camera at the products and explain what you are showing. What matters is presenting the items clearly and answering viewers' questions.

Can I practice first? Yes. Once you create a live, use practice mode to learn the controls before you go live. See how practice mode works.

4. From applying to your first live

How do I become a seller on Jamble?

To start selling, go to your profile in the app and tap "Candidate-se para vender ao vivo" (apply to sell live). You will fill in a short application and, once approved and your bank details are registered, you can create a live.

An approved application and an active wallet are separate steps. After you complete the form, follow the activation instructions. Before your first live, finish your wallet registration and set up your shipping address.

  1. Complete your application. Answer the form questions using your Jamble account email.

  2. Activate your wallet. Follow the link Jamble sends you on WhatsApp. Choose individual (CPF) or business (CNPJ/MEI), then fill in your registration and bank details. If identity verification is requested, complete it through the official link and follow the result. Sending your details does not mean your wallet is already active.

  3. Prepare your first live. Once your wallet is active, check your address and shipping preferences, add your products, schedule the live and try practice mode. At the scheduled time, open the live and start streaming.

I did not get the message or I am stuck. Open your wallet in the app to see if an action is pending. You can also check Jamble's messages in the app or contact support under Profile > Settings > Contact customer support. You do not need to fill in the form again just because you did not get the WhatsApp message.

Chose CPF or CNPJ by mistake? Contact support before you continue. Only enter documents and bank details in the official registration Jamble asks for.

How do I schedule a live?

If you have not created any live yet, go to your profile and tap "Agendar uma Live" (schedule a live).

If you already have lives and want to add another, go to your profile, tap the "+" button and select "Agendar uma Live".

On a computer, use the + button, then Agendar Live, in the Seller Hub.

Tips for an attractive live:

  • An eye-catching cover and title

  • A good date and time

  • Create it in advance so users can save the live

How do I add products to my live?

Open your live and add your products. For each product, you enter:

  • Photos, a title and an accurate description

  • The category and the item's condition

  • The sale type: real-time offer, sudden death or buy now

  • The starting price or the fixed price

  • The sale duration, when there is one

  • The shipping profile, with the parcel's weight and size

On a computer, the Seller Hub also lets you create many products at once from a spreadsheet (Importar CSV) and bring products from your Shop or from past lives into a live (Clonar anúncios). See how to list products.

How do real-time offers work?

Offers let you sell products in real time within a limited period, set when you add the product.

When you start the sale, buyers send offers until the timer reaches 0 seconds.

When time runs out, the highest offer wins and the buyer completes the payment, by Pix or card.

If the payment is not completed, the sale is cancelled and you can put the product up for sale again.

How can I grow my audience and sell more?

  • Go live often to keep buyers engaged

  • Share your lives on your social networks

  • Create your lives in advance (with clear photos, prices and descriptions)

5. I made a sale. How do I ship and get paid?

After the sale, you prepare and post the order. Jamble gives you the tools to create the label, follow the delivery and check your earnings.

How does shipping work for sellers?

Buyers pay for shipping, which depends on the weight of the bundle.

Several items can go in the same box, depending on the total weight.

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Confirming the sales. Live sales are confirmed on the live dashboard, with Confirmar Vendas (Confirm sales), after the live ends. Loja (shop) sales are confirmed one by one, in Revisar vendas pendentes (Review pending sales)

  • Choosing the invoice (nota fiscal) preference

  • Creating the shipping label

  • Posting the items on time. The deadline is usually about 10 days after confirmation, and can go up to 20 days in exceptional situations, such as a Correios strike. The exact deadline shows on the order, under Prazo de envio

  1. Check the items in each order and confirm the sales first, within the time shown in the app.

  2. Fill in the tax information requested in the app, according to your registration.

  3. Create the label, print it and pack the products with proper protection. You can print from the app or straight from your computer, in the Seller Hub.

  4. Stick the label where it is easy to read and take the package to a Correios post office.

  5. Keep the posting receipt and follow the tracking in the app.

How do I get paid for my orders?

Your earnings become available to withdraw when the order is completed and the payment is released. A confirmed delivery on its own does not mean the money is already in your bank account.

Register your bank details in your wallet. When you have an available balance, tap Sacar (withdraw) and follow the status in the app. The money goes to your registered bank account and usually arrives within 5 business days, depending on your bank.

How do I plan for getting paid? Pix payments are usually released in about 1 day. Card payments can take up to 30 days, or about 15 days with Recebimento Antecipado turned on. While an amount shows as pending, it is not available to withdraw yet. You can follow everything in your wallet.

Can I cancel a sale as a seller?

Yes. In the order details, you can tap "Cancelar" (cancel), but only do it when it is truly necessary. Frequent cancellations can lead to restrictions on your account.

How do I handle a dispute with a buyer?

If a buyer reports a problem with an order, Jamble Support will get in touch to resolve it and may talk to you directly. For a faster resolution, always give accurate descriptions and clear photos of your products.

How do I contact Jamble support?

Go to Profile > Settings > Contact customer support.

6. Can I sell from my computer or without going live?

Can I sell from my computer?

Yes. With the Seller Hub, at jamble.com/seller/dashboard, you create products, schedule and host lives, confirm sales, print labels and withdraw your earnings, all in your browser. You sign in with the same phone number as your app account. See how to use the Seller Hub.

Can I go live from my computer?

Yes. On your live's page in the Seller Hub, click Iniciar Live and choose Transmitir to use your computer's camera. If you use OBS Studio, follow the Transmitir com OBS guide in the Seller Hub. You can also stream from your phone and use your computer as a remote control.

Can I import my products from a spreadsheet?

Yes, in the Seller Hub. Click the +, then Importar CSV, download the template, fill it in and upload the file. You choose whether the products go to the Marketplace, for sale in your Shop without a live, or into a scheduled live. Each file can have up to 200 rows.

Do I need to be live to sell?

No. You can create listings in the Loja (shop), which are for sale at any time at a fixed price. In the app, tap the "+" button on your profile and choose Criar anúncio na Loja. In the Seller Hub, use Criar Novo Produto and choose Marketplace. See how to sell in the Loja.

When someone buys from your Loja, you need to confirm the sale within the time shown in the app. If the sale is not confirmed in time, the buyer is refunded.
