What you'll learn

This guide shows where to follow your performance as a seller on Jamble: during the live, right after it, in the summary you get by message, in the Seller Hub and in the wallet.

Where to see your numbers

  • Vendas em tempo real (Real-Time Sales), on the live screen, while you are live

  • Sua Live (Your Live), the dashboard of each live, with the sales summary

  • Resumo do seu show (Your show summary), a message sent after each live, with audience, performance and sales

  • Seller Hub, on your computer, with your lives and sales

  • Minha carteira (My Wallet), with the money available to withdraw and your pending sales

During the live: Vendas em tempo real

While you are live, the screen shows the Vendas em tempo real (Real-Time Sales) box. It updates by itself with every sale.

Real-Time Sales box in the top left corner during a live, with the total sold and the average price per item

The box shows:

  • The total sold in the live so far

  • The average price per item sold

It helps you feel the pace of the live without leaving the camera.

After the live: the Sua Live dashboard

Each live has a dashboard called Sua Live (Your Live). On iPhone, when you end the live, tap Meu painel de controle (My Dashboard) to open it. You can also open the dashboard later, from your past lives on your profile.

At the top, the RESUMO (Summary) section shows four numbers:

  • TOTAL: the sum of the prices of the products sold in the live

  • PÓS TAXAS (After fees; APÓS TAXAS on Android): the amount after Jamble's commission. The standard commission is 10% of the product price, shipping not included

  • VENDIDOS (Sold): how many products were sold

  • COMPRADORES (Buyers): how many different people bought

Below the summary, you see the list of the live's sales, with each buyer and each item.

The amount after fees does not yet take out your own costs, such as the cost of the product, packaging and taxes.

The summary you get by message

After each live, you get a message in the app called Resumo do seu show (Your show summary). It sits in your messages, in the Atividade (Activity) tab.

The summary includes:

  • Audience: unique viewers, how many watched for more than one minute, how many came back, the average number of people watching at the same time and the average watch time

  • Performance: items shown, items sold and the conversion rate

  • Sales: total revenue, average ticket per item and per customer, number of buyers and of people who made offers

  • Your buyers: your top buyers and who bought from you for the first time

  • Comparison: how the live did compared with your previous lives

In the Seller Hub

The Seller Hub is the computer version of your seller tools, at jamble.com/seller/dashboard. You sign in with the same phone number as in the app.

  • Visão Geral (Overview): your upcoming lives and the shipments that need attention

  • Lives: your scheduled, past and archived lives. Open a live to see its dashboard, with the total, the amount after fees, the sales and the buyers

  • Vendas (Sales): the list of your sales

In the wallet

To see your money, open your profile, tap the gear icon and choose Minha carteira (My Wallet). In the Seller Hub, use Carteira (Wallet).

The wallet shows the amount Disponível para saque (Available to withdraw) and your Vendas pendentes (Pending sales), which are still to be released. To understand when money becomes available and how to withdraw, see How you receive your earnings.

Important tips

  • Use the summary to compare lives. The comparison part shows whether the live did better or worse than the previous ones

  • Look at audience and sales together. Many viewers and few sales can mean it's worth changing the products or the pace of the live

  • See who bought for the first time. A thank-you message helps bring that buyer back

  • Remember your costs. The amount after fees is the starting point, not the final result

Frequently asked questions

When do I get the Resumo do seu show? After the live ends. It arrives as a message in the app.

Is the PÓS TAXAS amount what I keep? It is the amount after Jamble's commission. To know your final result, take out your costs, such as product, packaging and taxes.

Can I see the dashboard of an old live? Yes. Open the live from your past lives on your profile, or from the Lives page of the Seller Hub.

Where do I see how much I can withdraw? In the wallet: Minha carteira (My Wallet) in the app or Carteira (Wallet) in the Seller Hub.
