How do coupons work?
Coupons give you a discount on the shipping of your purchase
The discount is applied automatically at checkout, with nothing for you to do
Some coupons only work for purchases in lives and others only for purchases in the Loja (shop)
Coupons have an expiration date, shown on each coupon
Coupon amounts can change during special events, such as double dates
Where do I see my coupons?
Open the Cupons (coupons) screen in the app. There you find:
Your coupon balance
Your active coupons and their expiration dates
The Histórico de Cupons (coupon history), with used and expired coupons
How do I earn coupons?
Referral: when you refer a friend through the referral program
Battle: when your team wins a battle during a live
Welcome: when you create your account
Support: when our support team grants you a coupon
Are gems coupons?
No. Gems are a different reward in the app and do not give a shipping discount.
What if my order is refunded?
The coupons used on the purchase go back to your balance.
