What are the sizes for graphics in campaigns?

A campaign page in JGive displays: the name of the campaign, slogan, target amount (if any), progress bar, how many days are left for fundraising (if the project is time-limited), the charity's logo, the charity's name, media files, a list of recent donations, a description and contact information with the association On this page will be written the right sizes for the banner in your campaign by design.

It is important to know - it is possible to upload a video. If you choose this option, the video should not exceed one minute. Also, the video can be uploaded to the site using a YouTube link only.

Size for a banner in a standard design

In a standard campaign design, for each of the media files, the system gives the option to upload a separate image file in each of the languages (Hebrew and English). If you upload a file in only one language - the image will be automatically selected by the system for both languages - that is, the image will be displayed in both languages even though it contains captions in only one language.

The file should be in JPG format and weigh no more than 1MB. (PNG file is not supported)

Size for a banner in a mega campaign design

In designing a mega campaign, for each of the files, the system gives the option to upload a separate image file in each of the languages (Hebrew and English). If you upload a file in only one language - the image will not be automatically copied into both languages. You must upload a separate image for each language.

The file should be in JPG format and weigh no more than 1MB. (PNG file is not supported)

Can I upload an animated GIF?

  1. Yes — for the campaign photo and the rotating banners (desktop and mobile, Hebrew and English).

  2. The GIF is stored exactly as uploaded so the animation keeps running — which means it is not compressed.

  3. So the size limit is 1MB. A heavier file will not be accepted.

  4. The branding slider accepts JPEG only — GIFs are not supported there.
