Received a donation outside the platform and want it reflected in your campaign? We refer to these as 'offline donations,' and you can update them independently from the charity area!
Important Points:
Before you begin, please note the following:
1. The option to record offline donations is available to charities with an established account debit authorization. If you haven't set this up, refer to [this guide] for instructions, or contact our PRO department for assistance.
2. Authorization for account debit allows us to deduct the platform fee from your account when processing offline donations.
3. The fee for adding offline donations is 2%, or as specified in the contract for associations supported by our PRO department.
4. No clearing fee is applied to offline donations.
5. It's crucial to understand that updating offline donations is the charity's sole responsibility. JGive does not verify the credibility of these donations.
Feel free to proceed with updating your offline donations, and if you have any questions, our team is here to assist you!
