How to issue manual receipts for cash, check, credit or bank transfers?

Received a donation via cash, check, or bank transfer? Here’s the easy way to issue an official receipt directly from the system.

Here is how to do it:

  1. Go to the website and click Login. Log in using your Organization ID and password.

  2. Click on your profile icon (the organization’s logo) and select your organization's name from the menu to enter your Personal Area.

  3. In the side menu, go to the Donations tab and select Manual Receipts.

  4. Click the New Receipt button on the left.

  5. In the window that opens, fill in the donation details: amount, date, payment method (Cash/Transfer), and the donor's full information.

  6. Select your preferences at the bottom of the form:

    • Check the box to automatically email the receipt to the donor.

    • Check the box if the donor wants the receipt reported to their personal Tax Authority account (anonymous reporting is also possible).

  7. Click Send.

That’s it! The receipt has been generated and now appears in the list. To view or download it, click the small arrow next to the receipt.
