Donors may reach out for various reasons, such as contributing to the wrong campaign, desiring anonymity, or needing to redirect their donation's purpose. Thankfully, facilitating these adjustments is now easier than ever with just a few simple clicks!
Accessing the Charity Area: Begin by navigating to the charity area through the "My Account" section under the charity's name.
Once in the charity area, click on the "Donations" tab located on the left side of the screen.
Making Changes to Donations: On the donations page, locate the specific donation needing modification and select the appropriate action.
Donation Association: Transfer a donation from one campaign to another by specifying the desired campaign or ambassador and saving the changes.
Important Considerations: Keep in mind that donations made outside the platform cannot be transferred, and transfers are limited to within the same association.
Editing Comment: Modify the comment attached to the donation, if applicable, and save the changes.
Sharing Preferences: Choose which details appear on the campaign page's "Recent Donations" tab, ensuring donor awareness and approval before saving.
