What is GiveCard?
GiveCard is a donation voucher for a predetermined amount to be used on the JGive website. Upon redemption, the amount is added to your digital wallet on the website, allowing you to donate to any of the hundreds of charities listed.
How can I buy a GiveCard?

Which currency can I buy a GiveCard in?
ILS only. If the site is set to another currency, switch to ILS in the purchase window.
How do I send the GiveCards?
In the purchase window, choose one of 4 options: add recipients one by one, paste a list of emails, upload a CSV file, or "just send me the codes" to hand them out yourself. Each recipient gets an email with the code and your message. You can buy up to 1,000 cards in one purchase.
Can each recipient get a different amount?
Not in the same purchase. All cards in one purchase have the same amount. For a different amount, make another purchase.
Where can I see the cards I bought?
In your Personal Area: "Transactions" → "GiveCards". Each purchase shows its date, amount, expiry date and receipt. In the ⋮ menu → "View cards" you see each code, who got it, and your message.
A recipient did not get the email. What do I do?
Go to "GiveCards" → ⋮ → "View cards", copy the code and send it yourself.
How long is the GiveCard voucher valid for?
The GiveCard voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
How can I redeem my GiveCard voucher?
To redeem your voucher, select GiveCard as the payment method during the donation process. For a detailed guide on redemption, click here.
Is it necessary to enter credit information in addition to the GiveCard information when donating?
No, the GiveCard voucher serves as the sole payment method, eliminating the need for additional credit information.
Will I receive a receipt for a donation made using GiveCard?
No, as the payment was processed at the time of voucher purchase, a separate receipt is not issued for donations made using GiveCard.
Is it possible to request a credit for a donation made using GiveCard?
If a mistake occurred during the donation process and you wish to request a credit, please contact us at support@jgive.com. Kindly provide your full name and the email address associated with the donation for assistance with crediting the donation.
