Mailed checks typically take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Delivery timing largely depends on the postal service and can vary by location and other external factors. Once the check is mailed, its delivery is exclusively managed by the postal service, and the arrival time frame is beyond our control. It’s important to note that mailed checks cannot be tracked through the app. For updates or concerns, contacting customer support is recommended.
Why does it take so long?
Debbie requires your rewards to go through a processing stage before they can be disbursed to your connected account. This processing time is necessary to ensure back-end verification and secure transactions.
We are not able to speed up the process up to deposit them sooner. This includes cases where you may have a redemption failure that requires you to re-request the rewards.
Throughout the time frame your rewards redemption is processing, the account your rewards are being deposited to needs to stay successfully connected to Debbie.
