My streaks aren't calculating

Why aren't my transactions counting toward my streak?

We totally understand how crucial streaks are to you. They're milestones that mark your progress, and naturally, you want assurance that you're being rewarded for all your hard work.

Whether you're just starting out or have been with us for some time, your streaks should update every month within a 24-48 hour window. This applies whether it's your very first streak or the commencement of a new monthly streak.

Possible Causes

  1. You don't have any credit cards or saving accounts connected.

    1. Debbie only tracks payments and spending on credit cards. If you only have a checking account connected you won't see anything

  2. Your accounts stopped updating.

    1. Go to Profile

    2. My Accounts

    3. Linked Accounts

    4. Look at the last updated date under each account, if it is not today's date you should reconnect the accounts. See how here!
