Sometimes when you log into the app it will incorrectly load the home screen of the app. This bug shows an empty Debbie account with no personal information. You may be worried your rewards are gone, but they aren't!
This is just a visual error and your account is unaffected. Please force quit the app and re-open it to login again.
If it still happening, wait an hour and trying again. You may also need to clear the app cache. If it continues to persist, message our support team to take a closer look.
