Your Fridays Journey: Step-by-Step

Here’s what you can expect after completing the quiz:

Complete our online eligibility quiz to determine if you are a good fit!

Step 2: Medication Request or Visit

If eligible, you’ll proceed with either a video consultation or an asynchronous provider review.

Step 3: Receive Medication

Once prescribed, your medication is processed for delivery following these timelines:

  • First-Time Orders: A provider will process and prescribe your medication within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes an additional 5–7 business days, depending on pharmacy processing and shipping schedules.

  • Refill Orders: Medications are shipped within 5–7 business days after processing. Shipping is done using 1- or 2-day services. You will receive an email with a tracking number from the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) once the shipping label is created. Fridays ensures efficient handling to meet these timelines.

Step 4: Refills

Ongoing care includes monthly provider check-ins, refill management, and adjustments to your care plan if needed.

Factors Impacting Delivery and Managing Delays

  • Pharmacy Processing Delays: High prescription volumes or capacity constraints can extend processing times. Fridays may reroute prescriptions to another pharmacy to minimize disruptions.

  • Compounded Medication Availability: Shortages in tirzepatide supplies may delay delivery unless subscriptions are updated to a compounded medication plan.

  • No Expedited Shipping: As expedited shipping options aren't available, plan medication orders to account for standard timelines. If delivery delays occur beyond expected timeframes, Fridays support can liaise directly with the pharmacy for resolution. Consultation Options

When you're ready to proceed after the quiz, you can choose how you'd like to have your initial provider review:

Video Consultation

Recommended for new patients or anyone with questions. During the appointment, your provider will:

  • Review your weight and health goals

  • Discuss your medical history

  • Order any necessary lab work

  • Prescribe medication if appropriate

  • Create a personalized treatment plan


Ongoing Care and Support

Once you begin treatment, we provide continuous monthly support. This includes:

  • Monthly check-ins with your provider

  • Monitoring of your progress and medication tolerance

  • Lab work and medication adjustments, as needed

  • Medication refill requests (can be submitted through the patient portal)

Unless your provider requires a follow-up, you may request refills directly through the portal without needing another visit.
