Step 1: Take the Eligibility Quiz
To begin, visit our website and click "Get Started" to complete a brief eligibility quiz.
Eligibility Criteria
Individuals with a Body Mass Index (BMI) over 27 are eligible to participate in the program.
Individuals with a BMI between 22 and 27 may qualify for maintenance therapy, depending on additional health factors.
Your Fridays Journey: Step-by-Step
Here’s what you can expect after completing the quiz:
Step 1: Quiz
Complete our online eligibility quiz to determine if you are a good fit!
Step 2: Medication Request or Visit
If eligible, you’ll proceed with either a video consultation or an asynchronous provider review.
Step 3: Receive Medication
Once prescribed, your medication is processed for delivery. The shipping timeline typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). Fridays prioritizes 1-2 day shipping once the medication is dispatched. You will also receive an email with the tracking number from the carrier as soon as the shipping label is created.
Step 4: Refills
Ongoing care includes monthly provider check-ins, refill management, and adjustments to your care plan if needed.
Consultation Options
When you're ready to proceed after the quiz, you can choose how you'd like to have your initial provider review:
Video Consultation
Recommended for new patients or anyone with questions. During the appointment, your provider will:
Review your weight and health goals
Discuss your medical history
Order any necessary lab work
Prescribe medication if appropriate
Create a personalized treatment plan
Ongoing Care and Support
Once you begin treatment, we provide continuous monthly support. This includes:
Monthly check-ins with your provider
Monitoring of your progress and medication tolerance
Lab work and medication adjustments, as needed
Medication refill requests (can be submitted through the patient portal)
Unless your provider requires a follow-up, you may request refills directly through the portal without needing another visit.
