Brand-Name Wegovy (Semaglutide)

Fridays now offers brand-name Wegovy — FDA-approved semaglutide from Novo Nordisk — in two forms: a daily oral pill and a weekly injectable pen. Wegovy is available to new Fridays customers through standard checkout. Current Fridays patients on compounded GLP-1 medications cannot switch to Wegovy. This restriction has no exceptions. Former Fridays customers who are not currently on a compounded plan interested in Wegovy should contact support — this transition is handled manually and is not available through the patient portal.

How Wegovy Billing Works — Two Separate Charges
​

Wegovy pricing works differently from compound plans. There are two separate charges:
​

Membership covers platform access, provider oversight, and titration management. It is charged upfront at checkout for your full plan length. For the 1-month plan, your first month of membership is $49. Multi-month plans are priced with discounts already reflected in the upfront cost. No additional discounts are available on Wegovy plans.

Medication covers the actual prescription. It is billed monthly after your provider approves your dose. Because Wegovy is titrated over time, your medication cost may increase as your dose increases.
