1:1 Nutrition Coaching

Fridays offers personalized nutrition support as part of our all our subscription plans.

Patients can now schedule one-on-one calls or chat directly with a registered dietitian who provides personalized, evidence-based guidance to help you build sustainable habits and reach your goals.


How to Schedule

If you're on a new subscription plan, you can:

  1. Log in to your Fridays Health portal.

  2. Navigate to the Coaching Hub.

  3. Select “Schedule with a Dietitian” to book your 1:1 session.

  4. Use the chat feature in the portal to message your dietitian for quick questions or follow-up support.
