Updating Your Pharmacy

When you sign up, we will ask you to select your preferred pharmacy. Your preferred pharmacy can either be:

  • The Livewell Partner Pharmacy (free shipping in 48h)

  • Your local pharmacy (pick up your medication in person at your local Shoppers, Rexall, etc.)

Changed your mind? No problem, you can update your pharmacy at any time!

To do this, simply go to the "Profile" tab of your patient dashboard, and under the "Pharmacy Details" section, click Edit.

NOTE: If you've already received a notification that your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, and you would like to have it sent to a different pharmacy instead, please reach out to the support team via this chat, or by email at support@joinlivewell.ca
