If you require an export containing PDF copies of all your Juro contracts for any reason, an Org Admin can action this from the frontend, but following the steps below.
Enabling the self-serve export function πͺ
The self-serve export is accessible to Org Admins but disabled by default as a security precaution. To enable the export flow for a limited time, contact the Juro Support Team through the 'Chat with us' option on your Documents page (the ? icon in the bottom-right-hand corner), or by emailing support@juro.com.
A Support Specialist will raise a ticket with our engineering team to enable the export flow for 3 days and will let you know as soon as this is ready for you to use.
Triggering the export π¬
Once the export has been enabled, this will show at the bottom of your Organization page in Juro:
To trigger the export:
1. Select your export type. This can be:
To export either of the above, paste the ID into the relevant field. The ID can be found in the browser's search bar when in the folder/View on Juro, and is the final string of letters/numbers in the sequence https://app.juro.com/documents/67e4f6972fb3af95c6f957b5 |
|
Alternatively, you can select the following formats from the Export Type field:
|
Once the export begins, you can stop this at any time by clicking Cancel job. You don't have to stay on the Organization page while the export processes.
Next steps β³
The system will now generate your requested export. Once this is ready, a notification message will be sent to the Juro profile's email address that actioned the export.
This will include the password to unlock the zipped folder containing your Juro documents. When the export is ready, go back to the Organization page and click Download export.
Filename formatting π«
The Juro self-serve pathway offers several file naming conventions for you to choose from. These are:
Shortname: truncated contract name
Longname: full contract name, as it shows in your Juro environment
ID: Juro contract id
1: Contracts with the same name get unique suffixes e.g Contract-with-same-name-1.pdf, Contract-with-same-name-2.pdf, etc.
π‘ NOTE: Windows' built-in archive tools cannot extract zip with long filenames, so we recommend using the shortname-id style by default to avoid issues.
Troubleshooting common post-export issues π§«
My export has expired β²οΈ
Where you see the below error message, the export period has expired and must be refreshed. Please reach out to the Juro Support Team to action this:
I'm using Mac, but the Archive won't extract the files π€Ί
This can be resolved by opening the file using your Mac Terminal. To do this:
Download the zip file to your desktop.
Open the Terminal app.
Paste the command below into Terminal
unzip ~/Desktop/actual-filename-here.zip
You will be prompted to enter the original export password, which you copy and paste into Terminal using CMD + V and pressing Enter.
I'm using Windows, and I'm getting a message saying the filenames are too long π£
Windows' built-in archive tools cannot extract zip files with long filenames, so we recommend using the shortname-id style by default to avoid issues.
