You can earn up to 120 Kaido Points per day by doing daily Physical Activity, tracked through your connected health tracker or manually in the Daily Log. 

To add activity:

  1. Navigate to the Challenge Day you wish to add physical activity for 

  2. Click on the Daily Log

  3. Either: a) Sync your connected device or b) Click the 'Add activity/steps' button and select your activity from the dropdown.
