Business Verification (KYB)

Verification begins by providing essential company details. The process includes multiple steps designed to confirm your legitimacy as a business:

  • Providing company details

  • Uploading company documents

  • Adding associated parties

  • Answering a few additional questions

You can choose to continue on the device or on your phone for added convenience.

Providing Detailed Company Information

You will be asked to provide additional details manually, including:

  • Type of entity (e.g., Limited liability company, Sole proprietor)

  • Company name and email

  • Website

  • Registration number

  • Country and address details including city, state, and postal code

  • Tax Identification Number (Tax ID)

Make sure to enter all the information accurately to avoid delays.

Uploading Company Documents

Verification requires uploading official company documents such as:

  • Incorporation certificate (a company formation/registration document — the name may vary depending on your country)

  • Shareholder registry (should include all shareholders who own 25% or more. If you don’t have such a document, you can download, fill in, and sign the template STOCKHOLDERS LIST ex.docx)

Accepted file formats include JPG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP, or PDF, with a maximum size of 50 MB.

Adding Associated Parties

You must declare any associated parties in your company, including Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and representatives holding more than 25% ownership or significant influence.

For each associated party, enter:

  • Role (UBO or representative)

  • Full name (first, middle, last)

  • Date of birth

  • Email address

  • Contact number

  • Country of residence

Additional Business Details

For a more comprehensive understanding of your business, you’ll need to provide further information, including:

  • Industry type

  • Business description

  • Account purpose

  • Source of funds

  • Description of regulated activities (if applicable)

  • Details of your primary regulatory authority, including country and name

  • License number

  • Business trade name (if different from legal business name)

Once submitted, the system will review your company details, documents, and associated parties. The review usually takes up to 1 business day. If it takes longer, please contact our support team.

Associated Parties Verification (KYC)

After getting approval on the KYB step, UBOs and representatives (can be the same person) complete personal KYC verification:

  • Full name (first, middle, last)

  • Date of birth

  • Email, phone

  • Address (street, city, state, postcode, country)

  • Percentage of ownership (for UBOs)

  • Uploading identity documents (check the full list of accepted documents here)

  • Passing a liveness check (you will be asked to move your head in front of the camera)

Once submitted, the review may take up to 1 business day. If it takes longer, please contact support.

After this step, your account will be activated — you can top up and start using it right away. 🎉

FAQ

Who should I add as UBOs and representatives?

All individuals who own more than 25% of the company’s shares. This can be just one person — if they own 100% of the company, they can also act as the representative. Make sure to tick the box at the top confirming that they are both. (See screenshot below)

How long does the verification take?

Usually, the review is completed in under 10 minutes. If it takes more than 1 business day, please contact support. In rare cases, when additional checks are required, it may take up to 10 business days, and we may request extra documents.
