1. Registration using Email
When registering, you will be directed to the "Create Karta Account" form.
2. Email Verification
After filling out E-mail and Password, a notification page opens indicating that a confirmation link has been sent to the email.
3. Phone number verification
After confirming the E-mail, you get on the Get Started page.
After correctly filling in the data on the Get Started page and clicking the Continue button, you will get to the Confirm Phone page:
An Edit button is available on the page, which leads to the Get started page for editing the phone number.
Also on the page, using the Click to resend button, you can request a new verification code.
4. Entering primary information about the company
Upon successfully verifying the number, you will be taken to the Create Business Profile page, which prompts you to fill out information about your company.
After entering the primary information about the company, you need to fill out your company's business profile:
After completing all the required fields and clicking Submit Application, the Continue Activating Karta Financial Account page opens, displaying all the steps needed to activate your Karta account.
5. Adding information about the representative and owners
After clicking the Continue button, you may provide information about yourself as the owner of the company, as well as information about any other owners.
On this page, you can add information about representatives and other owners.
After completing everything, you can click "I certify that I have added all beneficial owners with ≥ 25% ownership and that all the information provided above is complete and correct." The Submit application button will then become available.
After clicking the Submit Application button, the data will be sent for verification. In this step, you should wait for the KYB and KYC verification results.
Here are some common registration issues and their solutions:
1. I can't confirm my email address because I didn't receive the confirmation email.
If you didn't receive the confirmation email, try using a different email address to complete the registration. After your account is open, you will be able to change your email address in the account settings.
2. I cannot confirm the phone number as I never received the confirmation code for the phone.
If you're unable to receive a code via SMS, you have the option to choose an alternative method, such as receiving the code via WhatsApp or a phone call. We highly recommend trying the WhatsApp option, as this channel works best with non-US phone numbers.
If the issue persists, consider using a phone number from a different mobile operator.
3. The "Submit Application" button is inactive.
In such cases, we recommend opening the browser in incognito mode or switching to a different browser.
4. The application has been on review for a long time.
