What do you need to submit?
Company information
In order to proceed with your application, we need you to provide us with further information on your business:
Employer Identification Number (EIN). If you use your Social Security number for business tax purposes, you can enter that instead;
Registered business address;
Business phone number;
Industry;
Business website;
Product description.
Personal information
Further information listed below needs to be filled out by someone with significant control and management of your business:
Legal name of person;
Email address;
Job title;
Date of birth;
Home address;
Phone number;
Social security number.
Proof of Identity
We need to quickly conduct an identity check. You need to have one of the following documents available for that:
Passport;
Identity card;
Driver's license.
What happens after I've submitted my application?
We'll check your information and confirm it shortly. Once it's ready, we'll email you with results. Sometimes we may require more details. If so, we'll let you know.
