Help! My verification failed. What now?

So your verification failed during the application process - this means we could not match the details entered on your account to a registered database.

Right now you won't have access to invest in our funds - but we can get this fixed quick smart.

Simply send through a photo of your ID and proof of address, then we will be able to get you manually verified. The list of documents for proof of address can be found here.

If your only form of ID is a foreign passport, that is completely fine. You will just need to get it witnessed and signed by a JP before sending it through.
