How to confirm your Driver's Licence details
Common reasons your verification may have failed:
You have moved within the last 12 months
Your ID is expired
Your ID was reported as lost/stolen
Your ID was recently replaced with a new version
Please upload a photo of your ID and a proof of address using the secure document uploader within your Kernel account.
You can find the document uploader by navigating to Profile & Settings > Upload.
What can I use as proof of address?
You can provide proof of address using one of the following documents:
A bank statement from an NZ bank
A utility bill such as power, gas, water, or internet
A council rates letter
A document issued by a government agency
The document must be no more than 12 months old, addressed to you, and it must show the issuer's logo.
