There are two primary roles that sit within Kernel company accounts: Authorisers and viewers.

Authorisers can access and transact on the account. The transaction permissions include:

  • Transferring money between the Kernel wallet and Smart Saver account,

  • Withdrawing money to the nominated business bank account, and;

  • Making investments on behalf of the account.

Viewers, on the other hand, have read-only access, allowing them to view account information but not make any changes or transactions.

How do I add or remove authorisers for my company's account?

To add or remove authorisers on an account, a director or an existing authoriser must send a request through to support@kernelwealth.co.nz.

This is a process that is completed by our Customer Success team and requires new authoriser completing our identity verification process. We will provide further context around next steps once requested.
