What is AI Auto-Matching for bulk uploads?
Bulk uploads include an opt-in AI Auto-Match. At the tap of a button, it suggests mappings for any rows still left unmapped, on top of the automatic column recognition and remembered mapping preferences you already have.
Nothing is ever overwritten. Auto-match only fills in genuinely empty gaps, anything you or the platform already matched is left untouched.
Every suggestion needs your review. No mapped value is imported until you approve it.
How it works
Start your bulk upload and go through the row-matching screen as usual.
If any rows are still unmapped, you'll see a banner indicating rows still need matching, with an Auto-match button.
Tap Auto-match. The AI will attempt to match as many of the remaining rows as possible: this is a one-time attempt per upload, and the button disappears after use.
AI-suggested mappings appear directly in the dropdowns, marked with an "AI suggested" tag so you can see what the AI filled in.
Review each suggestion, you're free to change any of them.
If the AI can't confidently match everything, the banner will still show that some rows need manual mapping. Scan the list and complete those by hand.
