Introduction
The KEY ESG platform's Reports function empowers your organisation to delve deep into its ESG data, facilitating comprehensive analysis and informed decision-making. This feature is pivotal for producing detailed targets and actions, and various export options, including full-year data, all data, and carbon auditable reports.
Targets and Action plan report
A report overview of the targets you have set for yourself and how the actions against them are progressing.
Raw activities Report
In this report, you can see all the input data that you have inputted into KEY ESG.
You can filter the raw activities report by: data point, data entry method, periods and entities.
Once you have found a view you like, you can save the view by typing a name and clicking 'save view'.

Customisation in reports
Before downloading your reports, ensure that you have added your company logo to the platform to enable more customisation in your reports
When on the platform, navigate to your initials in the top right-hand corner and click on this
Click into 'user management'
Here you will see your general company settings and can also upload your company logo.
Company logos are displayed on PDF exports on a white background. Horizontal logos work best.
Unlocking Insights with KEY ESG’s Reports Function
The KEY ESG platform offers a robust Reports function to help you analyse and drill down into your ESG data with ease. Here's a guide on how to utilise this feature:
Accessing Reports: Navigate to the Reports section from the left-hand menu.
Filtering options:
Slice and dice your report, by using the dropdown 'Compare/breakdown' to break down the report by site or by cadence (annual, quarterly, or monthly), or by metric using the 'Filter Metrics' dropdown.
Within the 'Vs prior year' report, you can set your own variance threshold filter
Analysing Data: Drill down into specific data points, and click on underlined values to find the raw data entries.
Exporting Reports: Generate and export reports to share insights with stakeholders as a PDF or an Excel document. You can export targets and actions reports, the current year ESG report, all-time full ESG report and a carbon auditable report, this includes Month and Quarter columns, so you can read or filter sub-annual figures directly rather than deriving them (see How to View and Export your Reports for details). You can also copy your report to clipboard, and paste it in your preferred application.
