What if I'm not available for my collection?

In all cases, someone must be there to hand over your boxes to the courier.

However, this does not need to be the person who booked the order. It is also ok to agree with a reception / mailroom / similar to hand over the boxes. The key is that we need the contact information (most importantly phone number) of the person who will be handing over the boxes. If this will not be you (who booked the collection) please email these contact details to support@kitkeeper.co.uk.

If you discover that no one at all will be available for your collection then you will need to reschedule it.

If your collection is more than three working days in advance than you can do this by logging in to you Kit Keeper account HERE.

If your collection is sooner than three full working days then please contact a member of our team and we will do our best to resolve the issue but the collection may be considered failed and you may have to pay associated fees to reschedule it.
