In Kiwi Return Saver, you can choose which products your campaign appears on using simple in-app settings.
Here’s how to add Kiwi Return Saver to your products.
Add Return Saver to Products
Open the Kiwi Return Saver app from your Shopify admin.
Go to the Discount Campaigns page and click on the campaign you want to add products to.
At the top of the settings page, click “Products.”
Click "Add Product" — this lets you add specific products.
When adding specific products, use the search bar to look up products by title, product ID, barcode, or SKU.
You can also filter by category, collection, product type, tags, or vendor.
Select the product(s) you want to include.
If you choose "Add Collection", simply select the collections you want to add.
Click Add.
If you choose "Add via Shopify Tag", simply select the tag you want to add.
Click Add.
Once the campaign is activated, the Return Saver banner will appear on those product pages and/or in the cart, depending on your display settings.
Preview the Offer on Product Pages
After saving your settings:
Visit one of the product pages.
Confirm the Return Saver banner appears near the “Add to Cart” button or in the cart under the product name.
If the offer is not appearing as expected:
Make sure the product is included in your campaign.
Confirm that the correct display location embed is enabled.
Ensure your theme supports app blocks (Online Store 2.0 recommended) and it's enabled on your theme editor.
