Kiwi Return Saver Banner Not Showing on Storefront

If the Kiwi Return Saver banner isn’t appearing on your product or cart pages, it usually means one or more setup steps were missed. Follow this guide to identify and resolve the issue.


Confirm the Campaign Is Active

  1. Open the Kiwi Return Saver app.

  2. Go to the Discount Campaigns page.

  3. Make sure the campaign is set to Active and not paused or in scheduled mode.


Check Product Selection

  1. Ensure the product you’re testing is included in the campaign.

  2. Go to the campaign and open the Select Products section.

  3. Confirm the product is listed or that the campaign applies to all products.


Enable the App Embed in Shopify

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.

  2. Click Customize on your live theme.

  3. In the Theme Editor, open the App Embeds tab.

  4. Turn on “Kiwi Returns” and click Save in the top-right corner.

Note: The banner will not display unless the app embed is enabled and saved.


Theme Compatibility

  • Kiwi Return Saver works best with Online Store 2.0 themes.

  • If you're using a vintage or heavily customized theme, display issues may occur.


Refresh and Clear Cache

  • Refresh your browser or try viewing in a private/incognito window.

  • Clear your browser cache if you’ve recently made changes.
