Before launching your campaign, it’s important to test the Kiwi Return Saver banner to make sure it appears correctly and behaves as expected on your storefront.
How to Test the Banner
Open the Kiwi Return Saver app in your Shopify admin.
Go to your Active Campaigns and confirm:
Visit one of the product pages of a product included in your campaign.
Look for the Return Saver banner and opt-in near the “Add to Cart” button, and in the cart after the product is added to the cart.
Tips for Troubleshooting
Refresh the page or clear your browser cache.
Try viewing the page on both desktop and mobile.
If you recently changed themes, re-enable the Kiwi Returns app embed in your Theme Editor.
Double-check that the product is included in the campaign's product selection.
