Edit a session's details
(not available on mobile)
After you’ve created a session, go to the “Record” page and click the 3 dotted menu on the session you want to change
Select “Edit Session Details”
Change what you need. You can edit:
Client or Group: move the session to a different client or group
Short Summary
Session Date
Start Time and End Time
Press “Save Changes”
Why the duration doesn't change
The duration shown on a session is the length of the actual recording. You can't edit it, and changing the start and end time doesn't change it.
For example, if you dictate a 5-minute summary after a 50-minute session, the session shows 5 minutes. Set the start and end time to match the real session so your records show when it happened.
We're working on a way to show the session time separately from the recording length.
