It’s really simple to start adding products in Klipboard when integrated with 2BA.
Our integration with 2BA provides you with direct access to products from multiple supplier databases, including their various costs, allowing you to quickly add and manage them within Klipboard.

How to enable 2BA integration in your system
Navigate to General Settings.
Select Country & Currency.
From the dropdown, choose English – Europe.
Click Save.
Navigate to the Integrations section.
The option to integrate with 2BA will now be visible.
To get started, you need to go to settings > Integrations
Go to Integrations > 2BA tab, enter your login details, and click Connect to enable the 2BA integration.
How to add products to invoices and quotes using 2BA
When creating an Invoice or Quote, go to the Service/Product dropdown.
Click on the book icon.
A pop-up window will appear.
Type in the product name and click Search.
A list of products will appear from different providers with their costs.
Select the supplier and product you want.
The product will then appear on your invoice or quote with the unit cost.
Enter the Unit Sell price manually.
Click Save & Finish.
