As your Clients may have multiple site locations where work will be scheduled to take place, you can import multiple locations to be saved under a specific client. The Sub Location functionality enables you to add these physical locations which can then be selected as the Job location, ensuring the engineer visits the correct location.
Navigate to All Clients & Suppliers > View.
Navigate to Import Client Location Data.
Download Import Client Location Data Template.
Format your Client Location Data using the template.
Choose File and attach the formatted .csv file of the client data.
Import Client Location Data (please allow some time for the import to process as the geo-coordinates are being fetched from Google, do not close pop up or browser window until import is complete).
