We have upgraded the drag and drop scheduler by introducing a larger view, enabling you to see more of your team and their jobs. Plus you can set portrait or landscape orientation on the day view, giving you options on how you view your day ahead.

When creating a new job, you can now select and copy the forms from a previous job.

This will enable the assigned Team Member to use the captured form data from a previous job as the basis for the forms on the new job. The forms on the previous job are not changed, the captured form data is simply duplicated and added to the new job - perfect for those repeat jobs.

Now you can add image files to jobs in addition to PDF files when you select upload document when creating a job on the web dashboard.

We have introduced a 28 day sync setting for the mobile app, therefore enabling you to allow team members to sync and view jobs that are scheduled further ahead.

We have introduced a new Client Contacts section which enables you to have multiple contacts against a client and their locations. It also allows for communication preferences for SMS and Email to be set on an individual level.

We have also enhanced how you can access information within a client record by introducing tabs, therefore enabling access to what you need much faster!

Want to keep track of your performance on what business you don't win and why? Well now you can mark a Quote as Lost and also include a reason. You can also export a Quotes report to Excel which will also include the status for lost and the reason therefore allowing you to analyse accordingly

Have you converted the wrong Quote to a job? Or have you associated the wrong Quote to a job already assigned? We now make it much easier to remove an associated quote on a job along with the associated inventory product / service line items.

​You can now create and view Quotes on the mobile app along with the ability to email directly to your client and convert to a job. This can be permission controlled, so you can decide who in your team can do this.

Job notes are now updated in real-time on the mobile app, therefore your field team get updated job notes and information immediately. There is also an additional notes area for your field team member enabling them to add notes to the job for the office to review in real-time.
