Lalamove provides on-demand delivery. Integrate with Lalamove's API via Kosmo with your credentials and you will get:

  1. To retain your existing preferential rates with Lalamove

  2. Reach out to Lalamove directly for live order and post order support without a middle man

  3. Garner both the benefits of (1) and (2), while making full use of Kosmo's capabilities to help you better manage your deliveries, and gain access to more providers.

To obtain your Lalamove credentials, follow the below steps. More detailed description of each steps at the bottom of page.


​Step 1: Create a corporate account with Lalamove (you can skip this step if you already have a corporate account with Lalamove)

Step 2: Top up your Lalamove wallet - this is important. Step 3 will not work if the wallet is empty.

Step 3: Log on into your developer's portal and obtain your credentials.

Step 4: Set up your webhook URL in developer's portal

Step 5: Provide Kosmo with your credentials

Step 6: Start placing orders via Kosmo!


Step 1: Create a corporate account with Lalamove here.

(Skip this step if you already have a business account with Lalamove)


Step 2: Top up your Lalamove wallet. To top up your Lalamove wallet, login to your Lalamove corporate account here.

(Skip this step if your wallet is not empty)

IMPT: PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU TOP UP YOUR BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND NOT YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT (STEP 2.A)

Step 2.a.

After logging in, make sure that you have selected "Business" and the correct country in the top right corner of your dashboard.

Select top up

Select your desired top up amount and click on "Top up"

Enter your credit card details and proceed to make payment

Once you have completed the top up of your wallet, you will be able to proceed to step 3.


Step 3: Log on into your developer's portal and obtain your credentials.

Step 3.a.

Log on to Lalamove partner's portal using your Lalamove credentials here.

Please make sure that you select the correct country.

Step 3.b.

After logging in, please make sure that you are in the Production environment.

Step 3.c.

Go to the Developers tab, select API Keys on the right hand side, and you will be able to see your Client ID (aka API Key) as well as your API Secret Token here.

Please take note of your Client ID and your API Secret Token as you will be required to submit them on your Kosmo platform.


Step 4: Set up your webhook URL in developer's portal

Step 4.a. Go to the Developers section, and select Webhook on the right side of the page. For Webhook version, please make sure that Version 3 is selected.

Step 4.b. Select "Change" to configure the webhook URL.

Step 4.c. Enter the webhook URL here and save. You will need to obtain your unique webhook URL from your Kosmo account manager. If you do not have an account manager, please feel free to send an email to support@kosmo.delivery and we will attend to you within one working day.

Step 5: Provide Kosmo with your credentials

Log into your Kosmo account here.

If you do not already have a Kosmo account, you can refer to here to learn how to create an account. If you are an API customer, feel free to reach out to your account manager for more support.

Step 5.b.

Once you are in your Kosmo dashboard. Click on the "Settings" icon.

Select Provider Settings and make sure that you are in the correct country. Expand the Lalamove section by clicking on the arrow highlighted.

Click on "Your own API Keys"

Key in your Client ID and API Secret Token and click save! And you are done!

Step 6.

Now that you are done, you can start placing your orders via Kosmo. A few pointers below:

a. Please always top up your Lalamove wallet to ensure that orders can be placed. In the event that the wallet is empty, orders will not be placed.

b. To ensure that the setup is working, you should be able to see the orders you placed via Kosmo in your Lalamove order dashboard.
