To obtain your GOGOX credentials, follow the below steps. More detailed description of each steps at the bottom of page.
Step 1: Create a corporate account with GOGOX (you can skip this step if you already have a corporate account with Lalamove)
Step 2: Top up your GOGOX wallet
Step 3: Fill up this form
Step 4: Set up your webhook URL in developer's portal
Step 5: Provide Kosmo with your credentials
Step 6: Start placing orders via Kosmo!
Step 1: API access is only granted to corporate users of GOGOX. You can create an account here.
Step 2: Creating your GOGOX corporate account, you will need to top up your GOGOX wallet. An empty wallet will cause error to occur in the event of order creation. You can top up your GOGOX corporate account here.
Step 3: Fill up this form. We will request for your production API access to be activated from GOGOX on your behalf. Usually this process can take up to a few weeks, but with Kosmo, we help you expedite the process, and you will have the account activated within a week.
Step 4: After getting production API access, you can now log in to your GOGOX business account to obtain enter your webhook URL as well as obtain your production credentials, Please refer to the steps below:

Login to your GOGOX corporate account here.
Step 4.b.
Click on API Dashboard
Step 4.c.
Copy the application ID and Client Secret for the next step (Step 5)
Step 4.d.
Enter the webhook URL here and save. You will need to obtain your unique webhook URL from your Kosmo account manager. If you do not have an account manager, please feel free to send an email to support@kosmo.delivery and we will attend to you within one working day.
Step 5: Provide Kosmo with your credentials

Log into your Kosmo account here.
If you do not already have a Kosmo account, you can refer to here to learn how to create an account. If you are an API customer, feel free to reach out to your account manager for more support.
Step 5.b.
Once you are in your Kosmo dashboard. Click on the "Settings" icon.
Step 5.c.
Select Provider Settings and make sure that you are in the correct country. Expand the GOGOX section by clicking on the arrow highlighted.
Step 5.d.
Key in your Client ID and API Secret Token and click save! And you are done!
Step 6: Start placing orders via Kosmo!
Now that you are done, you can start placing your orders via Kosmo. A few pointers below:
a. Please always top up your GOGOX wallet to ensure that orders can be placed. In the event that the wallet is empty, orders will not be placed.
b. To ensure that the setup is working, you should be able to see the orders you placed via Kosmo in your GOGOX order dashboard.
