In route settings, you can configure the constraints that will be taken into consideration when creating optimized routes.

End Location: Enable if you want your drivers to go back to the pickup location after the last delivery is completed (Round trip)

Max orders per route: Define the maximum number of stops that can be included in the same route

Average time at stop: The estimated time drivers will spend at each customer location

Accepted Delay: the maximum delay from the original "drop off by" time indicated in your orders.
