Active Orders dashboard allows you to monitor all your live orders in one place.
The Statuses filters allow you to focus on one status at the time, the date filter allows you to search deliveries by pickup time (scheduled or ETA) and you can search deliveries by id, driver name or pickup / dropoff information.
The Actions column allows you to open the deliveries details and to cancel a delivery.
Monitoring issues
Kosmo's Issues highlight the deliveries that need your or your team's attention so that you can take actions promptly.
There are 3 types of Issue:
Pickup Delayed: this includes all the orders that have not yet been picked up after the scheduled pickup time
Delivery Delayed: this includes all the orders that have not yet been completed after the scheduled dropoff time
Not Accepted: this includes all the orders that have not yet been accepted by any driver and were created more than 30' ago
